No. Verrow is intentionally not an applicant tracking system. It handles the messy screening step that most ATSs do poorly. You can keep using whatever ATS or spreadsheet you already have.

You pick the must-haves for the role. Things like shift availability, required certifications, location, language. Verrow scores each applicant on how well their answers match those must-haves. The score is transparent: you can always see exactly why a candidate scored what they did.

Yes. Every screener is fully customizable. Different roles can have completely different screeners. There's no rigid template you have to fit your hiring into.
